September not only means it's time to get back to work, but also that shopping for something suitable to wear for the 30 degrees outside is nearly impossible. Something nice and cool? How about a merino waffle-knit sweater and cashmere coat for you, sir? |
|
Whilst
the shops have only being selling marginally discounted
left-overs for the past two months - things that nobody
else wanted and were solely available in a size too
big - at least there were some wearable options. Makes
us long for next year's spring/summer collections already.
Which now roll into town with this season's fashion
week.
Yes, like skinny jeans and It bags, Barcelona
Fashion Week is proving it's here to stay, as 080 struts
into its third season tomorrow, followed by veteran
ModaFad which enters its 26th edition on Friday.
