Going Down |

If
you have trouble understanding the current generation's
teen angst, why don’t you try and walk around with your
trousers sitting below your butt?
|
|
That’s
probably one of the easier urban youth trends to try
out. Trust me, a star tattoo will look as dated tomorrow
as the tribal patterns do today. Parkouring may look
cool, but jumping rooftops is perhaps best done when
you don't have any monthly bills to worry about.
Urban exploration - or urbex, if you know your lingo
- however, is one painless trend where the city council
will help you out. Rather than having to infiltrate
and trespass to explore tunnels, utilities and other
off-limit parts of the city, these helpful fellas will
take you on a guided tour of the sewers and other gems
under public management.
|
|
A
guided tour, of course, makes it about as daring
and exciting as those school parties with parental
supervision. Better wear your trousers extra low
for added suspense.
Visit to the waterworks, Parc de l'Escorxador
-
16h. today September 9
Visit
to the sewers - September 27
