Even 8am meetings on a weekday are fun at DST, and weekend brunch is downright indulgence. Stroll through Soho, saunter in, order a pot of Earl Grey and some pastries, and gossip over the papers for a bit. Then choose between true brunch dishes such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or spinach egg white omelette, or go for seasonal British à la carte (razor clams with gull's eggs, sea trout with fennel and samphire).
