‘Very’ Mary
Hearty with some spice
45 ml Belvedere Bloody Mary
80 ml Tomato Juice
15 ml Merlot
7.5 ml Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Tabasco
Dash simple syrup
Dash celery bitters
Roll all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a small stemless wine glass or rocks glass
(Paired with: Randall’s burger with flat fried eggs & blue cheese)
