Vancouver is not exactly recognised as a major fashion capital along the lines of London or New York, so the shopping tends towards the safe side. That said, you can pick up some fantastic vintage finds (thanks to the city's slight time-delay in trends), great furniture and handcrafted items by local artisans, and of course workout-wear.
