Ski straight off Whistler Mountain’s slopes and right onto one of the three huge patios of the GLC (as it’s affectionately known), where you can settle in to watch everyone else ski out while swilling one back and dabbling in some nachos. From après shenanigans to a live music venue complete with dance floor, you’ll find everything from film festivals to theme parties to the latest and greatest DJs and bands. The GLC wears all the faces of a lounge, restaurant and club.

Top Tip / UJ Loves: End the day with a Canadian-style Bloody Mary, known locally as a Caesar (Skyy vodka and Clamato juice).
