The bar that unleashed maximalism onto the world, Loungelover's still as awe-inspiring as when it first opened - designed as a holding bar for Les Trois Garçons. Waitress service only, the cocktail list is both lethal and inspired, as is the decor, which embraces taxidermy, Louis XV seating and 1930s chandeliers under the roof of this former warehouse.
