Every so often an unassuming sleb venue bursts out of nowhere, and 2006 was undoubtedly the year of the Hawley Arms - Winehouse, Osbourne, Doherty and Moss - with regulars like these, what might otherwise be a clean, nicely run and charming local has firmly entered into the big league, or rather a league of its own.
