A French bakery in Dalt Vila, Croissant Show does what it says on the tin – it’s breakfast with a bit of a ‘show’. Run by Andres, a recognisable Ibizan face with his Dali-esque moustache, it has served revellers with post-clubbing fodder for years. As there’s no hard-and-fast rule on what constitutes breakfast time (first coffees served at 5am), this gem is open 23 hours a day in the summer. Indulge yourself with café con leche, juice served up with delicious buttery croissants, pain au chocolats, quiches and desserts. There’s an á la carte menu and although you can’t book the best tables, the turnover of clientele – from locals to international DJs – is quick.

Go for breakfast after the clubs close and share the experience with a random host of partygoers.
