Located 8km out of town on the road from Ibiza to Santa Gertrudis, Los Patios is strictly an Ibizan residents’ club, offering those who call the island home for most of the year a (welcome) respite from the peak season crowds. However, the majority of their 13,000 square metres of gardens, patios and terraces are open to the public, including two restaurants. At the helm is Michelin-starred exec chef Peru Almandoz who, as an El Bulli alumni, has some impressive credentials. Expect a Basque-Balearic dining experience in a secluded, intimate setting, with organic, seasonal dishes changing regularly.
