Gone are the days when there was only one hotel open over NYE. Now, there are a host of hotels open year-round. If you’ve never been to Ibiza in the winter, it might be time to give it a try – we’re definitely fans. And as there are fewer flights to Ibiza in the autumn, a stop off in Barcelona en route (to try the new EDITION) makes sense too. Enjoy!
