That's a feeling that David Miller and his band How To Cure Dyslexia are going to have to get used to. They will be taking the brave step of recording their first album in the Spaceshift gallery in King's Cross in front of the public as a living, breathing, or should I say working, art installation. The band, who recently signed to Trevor Jackson's Output
Recordings, are taking both live and recorded music in a new direction.
Miller embraces this challenge: "If art can be an unmade bed or
a sheep cut in half, inviting the public to see how songs are actually
recorded shouldn't be a problem. For me, the process of making a record
should be seen as a work of art, as much as the finished recorded product
itself.".

There is no doubt that this will be a fascinating insight into musicians at work and an interesting art installation in its own right. The only question is how good will the album be? The pressure is on.... How
