The classes actually use your body weight and gravity to help you get fitter. Cardio, combat and strength exercise are all done on a mini trampoline ­ meaning that you get a hard workout without all that stress on your joints.


The 45 minute classes can burn up to 800 calories per session, meaning you don'thave to feel guilty about that extra chocolate Hobnob.
