It seems a foregone day when fashion
for fashion's sake was enough to entice. While
last year was all about celebrity collaborations,
2008 runs a bit more high-brow with artistic input
as the new selling point.
At the forefront of the movement are London designers
Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker of PPQ: they of drainpipe
leg fame.
On offer are limited (as always) edition t-shirts
and tote bags sporting the pen and ink illustrations
of artist Hannah Bays. Sexy and slightly dirty, the
goods reside alongside other Bays works as part of
the first ever art exhibition in PPQ's Conduit
Street townhouse.
