Flowers, like diamonds, are not all created equal. While some girls may get teary over a measly, miniscule half carat or - shudder at the thought - diamond chips, we at UJ know never to settle for less than two carat: Square cut solitaire, skinny platinum band, blue box. No compromises. Same goes for flora. |

"It's the thought that counts" falls flat at the sight of wilting red and white carnations from the Liverpool Street florist. Frankly, why'd you bother, mate? Thank goodness for Kenneth Turner, the Tiffany's of floral design. The preferred florist of stars like Bianca Jagger and Alexander McQueen, his creations have been known to take a girl's breath away. Having a dinner party? The artists at Turner's will design a floral arrangement to flatter your menu. Or bring in your vase and he will choose flowers to suit it. Now, Kenneth Turner may not come cheap, but, trust me, it's a heck of a lot more affordable than that ring. Kenneth Turner Florist EC |
