The shop sells menswear, womenswear and childrenswear from the late nineteenth century through to the 1970s so this is one shop where there really is something for everyone.

A lot of the stock is so rare that it deserves to be in a museum but then again, a lot of it will also look great in the pub with your favourite pair of jeans. The Shop is currently doing a roaring trade in this summer's must-have pieces - kimonos and 1950s floral dresses. They also have a great range of 1930s flesh coloured silk camisoles.

Regular visitors to the Antique Clothing Shop include Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan and a whole host of London stylists and designers. The shop is only open on Fridays and Saturdays so it is best to get there early to avoid the rush. BE PREPARED - the shop is a real treat for visitors but BEWARE, the owner may bite if you don't handle her precious stock with care.
