Funny man Demetri Martin from the US is kicking up a storm at the Soho Theatre with his award winning show. 9:30pm. 21 Dean St, W1. £12. 020 7478 0100. | |||
Come on, we all have some 'winners'. Give me a bottle of Chardonnay and it's George Michael. A glass of brandy and it's Neil Diamond. Bud Light calls for AC/DC and champers demands an outfit change and a little En Vogue. And I'm willing to bet we plebes aren't the only ones with such habits. Tonight, names like Martin Freeman (Tim from the Office), Stephen Marcus (Nick the Greek from Lock Stock), Pete and Geoff from Virgin Radio and Liz Fuller, the former Miss Britain, will subject us to 15 minutes each of their favourite beats in aid of the anti-landmine group, Landmine Action. The best part is, no DJ skills are required, so you're sure to be in for a real treat. This is a no shame dance party at it's best. After all, if you're gonna dance to Rhythm is a Dancer in public, it had better be for a good cause. Celebrity
