Arthur Baker's Harlem is the setting for some Monday fun and class tunes by DJ Diplo. 7pm-2am. 78 Westbourne Grove, W2. Gratis.

Spanish passion at Sadler's Wells' flamenco festival from José Mercé tonight. 7:30pm. Rosebery Av, EC1. £10-30. 0870 7377 737 or online.

The idea is wonderfully simple but oh so clever; not one but two talented Groom girls pamper you at once. A Groom session lasts an hour and in that time you get a complete beauty overhaul. The girls whizz through brow tidies, facials, manicures, pedicures and massages and finish off by touching up your make-up so you leave looking, er, groomed.

The wonder is that it doesn't feel like a conveyor belt. You're only in for an hour, it feels like two. The chairs are super deluxe, the jazz music's soothing and the atmosphere so calming you just don't want to leave.

Choose from the Weekly Groom Hour, Zone Out Hour, Beach Babe Hour or mix and match your own. Boys can have a 'Close Shave Hour' consisting of a wet shave, head massage and sports pedicure. You can even get Groomed together as a Valentine's treat.

Really, it's amazing that no one thought of it before.
