Dinner Dance
Behave yourself

Ooh-er, this is a bit fancy.

If you're sick of dancing nonchalantly with wonky-haired types in dingy East London clubs, then The Supper Club is offering something a bit special.

ITV's looking to cast ladettes at the launch party for Trust & Love, the new monthly at Pacha. 10pm-5am. Terminus Pl, SW1. £10 on guestlist.

Late night chance to see the Serpentine Gallery's State of Play exhibition and a live act by the Turner-prized Martin Creed. 7-10pm. Ken Gdns, W2. £10. 08700 600 100.

Created by some of the music, restaurant and nightlife industry's finest, The Supper Club is raising the bar for London nightlife, with a smörgasbord of sensual delights including a gourmet meal, disco dancing and live
vocals, not to mention the tinkling of ivories.

The concept revolves around being able to wine and dine, dance and be entertained all in the same venue. Taking place at swank locations, like
the Georgian mansion Belair House and tonight in the burlesque surroundings of the Cobden Club, the event could best be described as Studio 54 meets The Great Gatsby - with Tom Findlay (of Groove Armada acclaim) on the decks.

Besides special nights, The SC also has a members service in the works, offering access to exclusive events and discounts on everything from CDs
to boutique hotel breaks. Upcoming events include a cabaret evening by The Cuban Brothers, a 'Marquis De Sade' party in Edinburgh and a music festival on the Isle of Wight in September.

This elegant evening, sure beats falling out of some manky hovel and into the nearest Kebab shop for a doner.
