Super cool fashion and art publication Visionaire is hosting 42 Scent, an exhibition which features the unusual combination of photography and scent. The idea is that photographers and perfumers have collaborated to create images that evoke smells and vice versa.

If you are thinking that this all smells a bit fishy, don't worry. The exhibition has already had ultra successful launch events in New York, Miami, San Paulo and Paris, and nobody left with their nose out of joint.

21 images and scents are displayed via plinths that feature canisters to dispense the bespoke scents. Key collaborations include Hunger by Karl Lagerfeld with perfumer Sandrine Malin and 2am by Mario Testino with perfumers Laurent Bruyère and Carlos Benaim.
