In keeping with the emerging trend of 'fast casual' dining - where quality food is served with speed and convenience - Iniquity will offer everything from foie gras to fry-ups, focaccia to falafel, whilst the cocktail list offers an assortment of timeless classics and new twists mixed up by Cairbry Hill, the cutting-edge cocktail-consultant who worked previously with the Cobden Club, Fabric, Che and The Met.

Music promises to be a heady brew of disco, lounge, Latino, funk and hip-hop, but the truly louche can ignore the dancefloor and slouch in a quiet booth indulging in salacious gossip or amorous assignations.
