So you're over wife swapping, how about shirt swapping? Rather than some morally dubious sex act involving male attire, I'm talking about the new frankly bonkers fitness class from GYMBOX, called 'Ready To Rumble: Football Goal Celebration Workout'. |

So we mightn't have much to celebrate football wise at the moment, but this aerobic session aims to harness the unbridled euphoria and calorie burning activity of a maniacal goal scorer. While it may seem more than little ridiculous, I have three words for you... Tracy, Shaw and Salsacise. From the standard moves of punching the air, double high fives with fellow team mates and group hugs, to the more 'individual' post goal shenanigans of wild cards such as Robbie Keane, Julius Aghahowa and Lomana LuaLua are all incorporated into the 45 minute workout. Performed to a mega mix of football anthems the class claims to burn twice as many calories as two step aerobics sessions done back to back. Which is useful considering all that beer you'll neck watching the real matches. |
