Knowing the call of work the next day is looming overhead only adds to the mischievous appeal of making the most of Sunday night. And now with Golf Sale, the much hyped about Sunday soiree, there's even more reason to get out and enjoy those final hours. |

Started by designer-stylist Dan Ilic and hairdresser Richard Hamilton, Golf Sale is way down the green ahead of the tiresome offerings around Shoreditch on Sunday nights. Less to do with tee-ing off and more to do with the sport of drinking and dancing whilst losing your cool, Dan describes Golf Sale as a night to "get pissed and cause trouble". Plus fours and matching tweed wouldn't go amiss amongst this mixed
fashion and music crowd, where many of the regulars have served their
time behind the decks. Resident DJs and special guests include quirky
duo House of Jazz (where aren't they right now?), new boy on the block
Giles Deacon, and Steve Mackey from Pulp. |
