The brainchild of anarchist collective the Space Hijackers, the aim of the party is for partygoers, protesters and passengers alike to celebrate their freedom by creating a 'pleasure space' in London's capitalist heartland. Last year's party saw over 600 people cram into four carriages.

Stereo equipment, disco lights, nibbles and copious amounts of alcohol are all smuggled onto trains in suitcases. When the train pulls away from the station, the pole dancing podium is assembled and the tequila bar set up. Every time the doors open the suitcases slam shut and everyone tries to look like bored commuters.
