That's the idea behind Fashion Girls meet City Boys, the exclusive event organised for, well, bankers and fashionistas. Seeing that both groups had, shall we say, a deficit of inter-office flirtation possibilities, fashion consultant extraordinaire Sally Heale and old friend Thomas Fitch, a high-flying city slicker, devised a plan to bring the two groups together.

The debut soiree, which is more party than speed-dating sesh, has already caused an uproar in fashion closets and on trading floors across London, with rumours of online ticket auctions and vicious catfights over dibs on hedge fund guys (credit derivatives are SOOO last season).
