Ever rising sun

'Any Way The Wind Blows', aside from being a Queen lyric, is the new film by Tom Barman.

And to celebrate its launch in the UK, Barman, along with Axiom films and agnès b, are hosting a screening at 93 Feet East this Sunday.

Set in the home of 'difficult' fashion, the film shot by Renaat Lambeets (Full Metal Jacket) centres on a mixed bag of Antwerp's quirkiest residents including a mid-life crisis suffering Gallery owner, a couple of accident prone fly-tippers who acquire and lose a blind man, and a seemingly despondent spouse.

Director Barman - who founded and toured with rock band dEUS - synopsises the film by claiming that it "swings, rocks... does not try to explain anything", whilst orchestrating an impressive soundtrack including Herbie Hancock, Queens of the Stone Age, Squarepusher and CJ Bolland.
