Hospital food is set to improve this month. Unfortunately, the NHS won't be offering à la carte menus by Michelin starred chefs, as the Hospital in question is the arts club in Covent Garden.

The critically acclaimed restaurant Thyme, along with its owners (chefs Adam Byatt and Adam Oates) are moving there from their previous home in Clapham for a new lease of life.
