But sometimes the people behind these projects seem to forget that we have to actually sleep and eat and shower in these places. OK, great, there's a Playstation in my sink but is there any chance of some soap? Hotel Fox, situated in the heart of Copenhagen, is the latest incarnation of the hip hotel, but it's also thankfully free of any artistic egos or corporate meddling. That's thanks to the fact that the 61 rooms of this ordinary, three star hotel have been given over to 21 young, independent artists and designers. |

The team is currently renovating the entire building, right down to the carpets and the doorknobs, creating a bespoke environment that doesn't come with a five star price tag.
