This is the Pay As You Go gym (it's not as tacky as it sounds, really) - no contracts or minimum membership periods. You still have to fork out at least £55 a month (may not be cheap, but for a posh gym, it's not bad), which includes one free personal training session to check you're on track. The difference is if you don't have the willpower, you cancel without feeling guilty. Now, that's my kind of gym. Already offering a beauty retreat, and a range of alternative therapies
