Knight in Shining Lager
Knighthawk's late delivery alcohol service comes to the rescue.
The sun is shining. You're safely installed in your neighbour's garden/local park/nearest green patch with beats, banter, and booze. When suddenly night hits, and you're dry as a nun's gusset. Whether you've simply run out because the hanging baskets have had an alcoholic surprise, or you've underestimated the amount of Party-goers present, there's one thing we do know. Nobody can be *rsed to shift it to the nearest off-license before it shuts shop.
You could of course make life easy on yourself and start off in a pub in the first place. The Eagle lets you order food from the outdoor bar including salmon, trifle and Pimms served in picnic baskets, whilst The Albion comes complete with an awesome new BBQ menu to enjoy in the beer garden. |
|
Or you could call in the cavalry with Knighthawk, who promise delivery of everything from lager, spirits, wine and mixers to the accompanying Pringles and plastic Pint tumblers, from 10pm - 5am across South, South West and West London.
They even bring spearmint gum and condoms. Just in case. Because there's surely nothing as sexy as a sunburnt, half-cut, grass-stained Brit. Yum.
Knighthawk, Daily, 10pm - 5am • Free delivery for orders over £20.
The Albion, 10 Thornhill Road, N1 1HW • 020 7607 7450
The Eagle, 215 Askew Road, W12 9AZ • 020 8746 0046

Cardboard Citizens presents Mincemeat
The UK's only homeless people's theatre company presents a play about forgotten histories.
Founded in 1991 by Artistic Director Adrian Jackson, Cardboard Citizens is the UK's only homeless people's professional theatre company. Mincemeat is the first in a three year cycle of plays about forgotten histories, all based on real events in which an ordinary person has affected a bigger sweep of history. It's a site-specific promenade performance through a re-imagined wartime London, the story of a nobody who became a somebody.
