BANANA REPUBLIC, NEW STORES OPENING IN MARCH

Back in 2008 we were super excited to welcome Banana Republic to Regent Street’s already stellar selection of international brands, making it one of the biggest launches of the year and a perennial favourite ever since. Workwear essentials? Sorted. That perfect little evening dress? Done. And finally some timeless menswear that straddles that hard-to-nail smart casual line. So if the brand’s become as much of a staple in your wardrobe as ours, we’ve got some good news. In addition to their stores in Covent Garden, Brent Cross, One New Change and of course, Regent Street, this month they’re launching two new destinations featuring the Mens and Womens collections that’ll make it that much easier to indulge in some luxury styling at not-so-indulgent prices.
On 10th March, Banana Republic opens its much-anticipated store in the super chic enclave of Duke of York Square on 23 King’s Road. The following Thursday, it's opening its first store outside of London, on 24-26 Union Street, Bath. So if you needed another excuse to escape the city, here’s the making of a great weekend getaway. Both stores will open with their Spring 2011 collection featuring a cool safari twist with a military heritage edge.
