On the drinks side there's Galoupet, London's first enomatic champagne bar.
Yes, London has plenty of champagne bars, but Galoupet’s enomatic champagne is something special, serving up perfectly-preserved, chilled glasses of fizz that you can usually only order by the bottle.
Go for a glass on a school night, or a full-on tasting session when the weekend comes round, and try some of the food by ex-Nobu Berkeley head chef Chris Golding while you’re at it.
On the foodie side is Roganic, which also (finally) lands this weekend – a score for anyone who couldn’t make the trek to Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cumbria.
There are no à la carte options, just seasonal tasting dishes which sound pretty unbelievable from the sneak preview we’ve had, with ingredients like smoked yolk and onion ashes.
With so much to try in one sitting – whether it’s vintage champagne or haute cuisine – we reckon we’ve finally found something to hold our flickering attention. For now.
