We can hardly keep up but the latest chef of the moment getting foodies all het up is a certain James Knappett. His CV is impressive to say the least (Per Se, Noma, The French Laundry) and he’s just left his head chef position at Marcus Wareing for The Ledbury, his final stop before setting up solo. Catch him while you can for a one-off slap-up Sunday lunch at the Redhook’s 3rd Cornish Grill. Expect the finest Cornish mackerel, scallops and beef, coffee and truffles and a Grey Goose aperitif and DIY Bloody Marys.
