There's a ton of stuff to do this weekend. First up, Leo's lighting up the big screen, while Matt Smith is carving up the stage. Kate Moss is making 40 look like the new 20, the Stan Smith is back and imagination is in vogue. On the food front, there's a Korean/Mexican mash up and a Sunday roast with a twist. After all that, you deserve a trip to a spa.

FRIDAY

WATCH:
THE WOLF OF WALL STREET
  EAT:
KIMCHINARY AT CATCH

Cinematic dream team Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio have reunited for The Wolf of Wall Street. The late 80s / early 90s tale of sex, drugs and financial corruption has received everything from a Golden Globe to scathing reviews. Judge for yourself – it's playing everywhere, but we say head over to the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill, pull up an armchair and let us know what you think!   London's love affair with K-town shows no sign of slowing down. Street food favourite Kimchinary is taking over the kitchen at Catch for a three-month residency. Expect a menu featuring their famed Korean/Mexican fusion, with tacos (our pick is the beer braised bulgogi cheek, cavolo nero, radish kimchi and pickled walnut offering), inventive sides like duck confit and pickled peach taquitos, and lashings of shochu. Yum.

LAST CALL:
AMERICAN PSYCHO
  SEE:
SELFRIDGES FESTIVAL OF IMAGINATION

Patrick Bateman is taking the London stage by storm in American Psycho, the musical thriller currently playing at the Almeida Theatre. Based on Bret Easton Ellis' cult novel, the play sees Matt Smith in the title role, with plenty of murder and materialism thrown into the mix. Through advance tickets are sold out (for good reason – it's the best show we've seen in years), the theatre releases a small number of tickets every morning at 11am. Our tip? Queue up from 9am for the best chance of scoring tickets to the day's performance – trust us; it's worth the wait.   The big yellow department store is kicking off the year with a Festival of Imagination. The six week programme of events will explore the power of imagination, with everything from wine workshops to talks with artists and designers, an augmented reality Zaha Hadid yacht and a Gareth Pugh virtual reality installation. The events take place in an "imaginarium", a futuristic space designed by none other than architecture legend Rem Koolhaas. And should you have the urge to snap up some imaginative products, there's a shop with transparent sneakers, 3D printed goodies and more.

Exhibition Pick:

40: A Retrospective of Kate Moss

Supermodel, party girl and the style icon that launched a thousand trends, Kate Moss is hitting the big 4-0 this year. Everyone's celebrating: from Playboy (whose Moss cover came out last year) to Grazia (their special Kate Moss issue is out this week). And there ain't no party like a Kate Moss party. If your invite got lost in the mail, make your way to journalist-turned-artist Russell Norman's exhibition, 40: A Retrospective of Kate Moss, at the Imitate Modern Gallery instead. Should one of the portraits take your fancy, prints are available from £285 at www.beautifulcrime.com; canvases from £3600 are available at www.imitatemodern.com. Happy birthday, Kate!

SUNDAY

EAT:
SUNDAY Rib Chop
  INDULGE:
Cowshed Primrose Hill

For a twist on your usual Sunday lunch, head to meat lovers' mecca Chop Shop, which is launching an alternative to a traditional roast. Sunday Rib Chop offers a set lunch menu: think a tender beef rib chop with golden roast potatoes, sides (our pick is the sautéed sprouts with chestnuts) and – the best bit – half a bottle of any red from the wine list. Cheers!   Take a breather from January at Cowshed's new Primrose Hill spa. Treat yourself to some cake and bubbly at their farmhouse-style café, then choose your treatment: settle into a bespoke chair for an ultimate manicure or pedicure, check into one of the seven tranquil treatment rooms downstairs for a signature Cowshed facial (using the label's cult products) or go for an uber relaxing salt scrub and massage.
