Health and fitness is on our minds and not just because of the cycling, football, and tennis matches that have taken over the capital. The fresh and healthy West Coast vibe has evolved from simply healthy living to stylish living. From après sportswear and healthy cocktails to festival workouts, it seems health and fitness has had a fashion makeover, darling!

It all started with kale. The super food with a super status – thanks to Oberon Sinclair, the PR consultant for the vegetable… that's right, PR consultant – who had us wearing kale-emblazoned sweaters, reading the bestseller 50 shades of kale whilst sipping on Kale Mary's. But it didn't stop there. Enter 2014. Now that we've got our cold pressing down pat, expect a healthy cocktail revolution. Kamm & Sons are leading the uprising with their 'Almost Healthy' drinks menu: think beetroot and pomegranate swizzles and matcha mojitos.
Next, exercise. Psycle updated their classes to include the festival circuit. From Meltdown and Pride rides to Latitude classes – all done to the mixes of headline acts – booking a bike is now a Glasto-style snap up. Now we're just waiting for live gigs and album launch parties to take place during spin class à la SoulCycle in America.
Finally, let's talk fashion. The style and sports migration may have already happened – think the sports luxe trend and FROWing with trainers – but Net-a-Porter's latest venture, Net-a-Sporter has bridged the gap. Think 37 brands, all high performing yet stylish. As of tomorrow, expect the rules of sportswear to change. Adios 80s fluoros…

You've done the exhibition, shopped in the bright pink cube, now it's time to welcome an iconic piece of Paul Smith into your home (and we're not talking about your wardrobe.) The designer has joined forces with Porcelain atelier Lladró to create a piece that reflects the inventiveness of the English designer combined with the quality and luxury of the Spanish company. And the result? The Guest by Paul Smith. A fun and colourful sculpture of a cat and dog, merged as one. To celebrate the playful new character, Lladró is inviting you to the unveiling at its flagship store on Piccadilly, Friday July 11. Expect canapés and, of course, bubbles – 'tis a party after all.
