| The lobster trend rolls on. For a fix, we’re heading to Hackney’s latest seafood spot, Lobster Bar. Open daily, come here for breakfasts’ such as lobster benedict or hit up the fresh and sustainable seafood options, such as oysters with cucumber and ginger pickle or fishcakes with truffle fries on the side. Or go off piste with a steak chimichurri… you can take the owners out of Brazil… |

Summer calls for botanical cocktails in a greenhouse, and save for a country weekend away, we think we’ve found the next best thing… in the middle of Soho. Members bar L’Escargot have collaborated with Fentimans to transform their top floor into a Victorian greenhouse, with live botanicals grown on site, which are included in each of the six cocktails. Try the Curiosity, a concoction with bourbon, orange zest and Fentimans Curiosity Cola and Little Treacle. Oh, and FYI all non-members and their dogs are welcome. |
