Cocktails on a terrace… it's just one of our favourite things about summer. And thanks to Bombay Sapphire® and Sanderson, the summer certainly doesn’t have to end here.
Always a warm-weather highlight, Bombay Sapphire® activities inspire, educate and entertain. Their outdoor pop-up last year at Rosewood London (remember?) was a stellar success, and this year, they’re at a London great – Sanderson – where ‘The Gin Journeys, An Exotic Journey to the Ends of the Earth’ will take up residence for six weeks.
Open daily from 6PM until late, stop by Sanderson's renowned courtyard to try the bespoke Ultimate Gin & Tonic menu, inspired by the 10 botanicals in every drop of the gin and the journeys taken to find them. There will be light food pairings to match and every fortnight, the botanical region focus will change, meaning your taste buds will travel to the Mediterranean (September 2-15), Africa (September 16-29) and Asia (September 30-October 14).
Throughout the six weeks there will also be events including masterclasses every Tuesday and Wednesday with Bombay Sapphire® brand ambassador Renaud de Bosredon. Renaud will be on hand to guide groups through an elevated sensory journey, where they will have the opportunity to discover signature cocktails through a series of creative experiences. Wednesdays will feature Sanderson Sessions, where standout up-and-coming DJs will be on the decks hitting the notes of botanical regions. Go for a class and stay for a disco and a drink.
