Well, it’s officially open and is absolutely buzzing with great people and good times; check out our photos from the launch last night. It won’t be here for long though – it’s only open until this Sunday evening – so don’t delay! Pop in for a drink, bite, hang, or activity with a leading LDN influencer. Here are some of this weekend’s highlights.
First up tonight, get in the Friday spirit with a punch tasting (we hear it’s gin based with a spicy blood orange twist) by cocktail connoisseurs Dominik Prosser and Andrew Shannon. Plus, Ellie Jauncey and Anna Day from The Flower Appreciation Society will be in residence making floral headdresses (‘tis festival season).
For those up for a morning 5km run tomorrow around East London, make sure to sign up here and hit the pavement with the Nike+ Run Club. For the rest of you, all activities are free (no need to sign up!), just ring the doorbell anytime between 10:30am and 9pm over the weekend, see what’s on and join in.
Saturday, there’ll be a brunch workshop with Rosie from Rosie’s Deli (#UJloves), some tie dying with print expert Kelly Anna London, another round of punch tasting and an evening with the fantastic Zezi Ifore (yes!).
Sunday starts with a traditional roast by the chefs from The Marksman (we’re hoping the bacon scones make an appearance), followed by photography with Zoe Timmers (or @zobolondon, as you may know her) and a live performance by beat poet and spoken word star James Massiah.
Oh, and like we said, it’s not just about activities: swing by the house anytime between 10.30am-9pm, meet some peeps, chat over leftovers and hopefully get some LDN inspo. No fees. No stress. Just summer in the city fun. Simply ring the bell.
