New restaurants have moved in (LIMA Floral, Frenchie, Flat Iron…) impressive art installations keep popping up (UJ loved Reflect London and the Charles Pétillon balloons) and it’s without a doubt one of the best spots for fashion and beauty buys (Charlotte Tilbury, Albam, Paul Smith, Sandro and Chanel Beauty all have standalone stores there). And, it’s set to get better. Throughout July, Covent Garden will turn into a late night shopping hub, with great food, drink, live music, art, fashion and beauty events.
| | From Wednesday to Saturday every week in July, a host of shops will be open until 9pm and the Piazza will be buzzing with late night shopping events: think bars, food festivals, live art and music, shopping promotions… the lot.
We’re talking a weekly food festival from the likes of Balthazar Boulangerie, Frenchie and LIMA Floral, a pop-up gin bar from Portobello Road Gin, live music from emerging artists, a beauty playground and masterclasses with complimentary makeovers, colourful street graffiti by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, and a men’s street style pop-up party on Henrietta Street – with exclusive offers, in-store events and complimentary food and drink thrown into the mix.

Beauty Playground, Various Events and In-Store Celebrations
