| Sunday | | | | | | DO: | | SEE: | Nike Unlimited You | | Mark Wallinger Self Reflection | | For a sweat infused electro workout of the healthy kind, book a session with Nike’s Unlimited You. The sessions will have you sweating it out to a soundtrack by duo Alexis Taylor and Joe from Hot Chip, complete with immersive light installations. Choose from either an adrenaline-fueled Kobox class paired with a Nike Run Club (NRC) session or a fast paced Barry’s Bootcamp treadmill workout followed by a Nike Training Club (NTC) session. Like clubbing, but, not really.
| | To celebrate Sigmund Freud’s 160th birthday, Turner Prize winning artist Mark Wallinger has installed a mirror across the entire ceiling of his iconic study and consultation room. It could represent Freud’s theory that doctors should be a mirror to their patients. Or represent our narcissistic society? The meanings run deep but before you ponder – let me take a #selfie.
