| Friday | | | | | | GO: | | DANCE: | Festival No. 6 at Tate Britain | | Trouble Vision at Corsica Studios | | If you can’t wait for Portmeirion’s Festival No. 6 in September, get a taster of the event’s eclectic arts, music and food line-up this weekend at the Tate Britain. Greg Wilson takes to the decks to soundtrack your night, with performances from Sara Pascoe and Dr. John Cooper Clarke. You’ll also get rare after-dark entry to the Paul Nash and David Hockney exhibitions, with food and drink experiences themed around Hockney’s Yorkshire life.
| | Trouble Vision is back at Corsica, this time with appearances from Axel Boman and
Kornél Kovács. The pioneering party celebrates everything good about London’s underground dance scene, so come prepared for good tunes and even better vibes. On from 11 ‘til 6, it’s a late one – so you’ll even have time to head there after the Tate if you feel like doing both (we do).

| Saturday | | | | | | SEE: | | DRINK: | Wolfgang Tillmans, Tate Modern | | TT Liquor | | Spend your Saturday at the other Tate (we can’t help it, they’re smashing it right now) with Wolfgang Tillmans. He’s best known for his Instagram-esque photos of everyday life, but this exhibition looks at his use of other mediums: video, music, projections and large-scale projects. It’s one of the year’s must-see exhibitions so get yourself down to the Southbank for an afternoon of culture.
| | Forget your local off licence, a new place to buy your cocktail ingredients has arrived. When you come across those niche ingredients you’ve never heard of in a recipe, head to TT Liquor in Dalston. They have over 1000 different liquors, all of which are available to sample in the bar downstairs, alongside a cocktail menu that tells the history of mixed drinks. We’ll call it educational.

| Sunday | | | | | | SHOP: | | EAT: | East London Vintage Furniture Sale | | Breddos’ Taco Sundays | | In need of something to spruce up your place for spring? Head to the East London Vintage Furniture Sale this weekend. Forget all the other fairs, this is the one to head to for your retro design fix. Expect to find the biggies like Ercol and G-Plan furniture amongst more eclectic pieces, from cocktail glasses to posters and magazines.
| | Trade in your traditional Sunday Roast this week and opt for Taco Sunday instead. Do brunch the Mexican way with six tacos; think black bean and avocado, pork belly or shitaake mushroom, all with egg. Or, opt for something different like churro French toast and snail and duck egg croissant, washed down with a mezcal Bloody Mary.
