| TREND ALERT: | | Take the Aperitif | | | | As Frank’s opens this week, we declare it officially aperitif season! But what to drink, and where to find it? If you only have time for one drink before dinner, it has to be perfect. Swap out your prosecco for pignoletto, or ask your favourite bartender to whip you up a kir breton or Ricard if you’re already at your negroni capacity for the year. We head to Soho to keep our drinks cabinet fully stocked for ad hoc aperitifs – we like Lina Stores for Cocchi’s Aperitivo American and Amathus Wines for their mezcal selection.
