| | …London Fashion Week Men’s just wrapped, the GQ Style x Browns party at Annabel’s party got us thinking about the new wave of DJ/fashion talent. UJ fave Peggy Gou kicked off festivities behind the decks in a Dolce gown (she also is often in Louis Vuitton, Supreme, Palace etc.), and by the end of the evening, her mates Virgil Abloh and Benji B (linked to Stüssy) had joined, with Virgil doing a last minute surprise set. #UJLoves. Continuing on the music front, this weekend we’re headed to Kenwood House for Haçienda Classics. Rosé, picnic, and some old rave tracks via strings – let’s see! And as for Sónar? Whilst team UJ are there, they’re doing a bit of a Richie Hawtin tour, hitting his dotUP party in Badalona
tomorrow, and then onto his ENTER.Sake dinner on Thursday at Libertine
at Casa Bonay (75 euros for four dishes, four sakes and dessert, reserve at enteratlibertine@gmail.com). On the food front, we keep hearing brilliant reviews about Neptune, we’ve got to get in. And just like that it’s mid June! Have a good one.

| | En Plein Air | | Cut through the crowds with these out-there rooftops | | Frida Escobedo’s Serpentine Pavilion opens on Friday, meaning it’s officially time for us to head outside. This week we’re looking at rooftops with a twist – the ones that offer something a little different, whether it’s a Japanese-inspired garden with Tony C, jazz and cava high above the city with Gaudí or exploring emerging art on the roof of a new Brooklyn multi-disciplinary.

| | Bubbledogs | | Party Time! | | These crews certainly know how to throw one | | The best restaurants know there’s always room for a party when there’s cause for celebration, which is just what’s happening at Madame D, who are throwing a belated moving in party this Thursday. They’ve enlisted Nonna’s Gelato, Rock’s Oyster Grill and Gunpowder to help with the festivities – there’s a DJ from 10pm so no early doors please! Then on Saturday, bubbledogs are toasting to the summer with terroir-focused Fizz Lates. Champagne will be available at cost price, plus there will be DJs and a late night menu on until 12am. And from Friday for an entire month, UJ fave Bad Sports are hosting a World Cup pop-up even we can get on board with. They’re screening the matches in the London EDITION’s basement with Buckfast negronis, frozen margs and crispy lamb tacos, so whether you’re a football fan or not, you can still enjoy some classic Bad Sports hospitality.

| | Where do you go for a good facial? When my skin really needs some attention, I go to Carol Jay at The Dorchester – it’s the best facial in London. My skin feels so much clearer and brighter, a must for when you need a bit of a glow.
What’s your favourite London spa? It has to be South Kensington Club for me; perfect for a few hours of pampering when you need some time to relax. My go-to treat is a Swedish massage and then a dip in the pool afterwards.
Where do you work out? If I need an intense workout I go to Julie Montagu at Triyoga. She doesn’t hold back, you seriously sweat! If I’m feeling stressed, Vicky Fox’s classes at Triyoga help to restore and focus. You leave feeling renewed and ready to take on the day.
