Up there with London’s most dramatic bars, the revamped Beaufort Bar is all jet black and antique gold. Nightly music and cabaret lends it even more of a sense of occasion. Escapism wouldn’t be quite the same without Louis Roederer, Billecart-Salmon and Taittinger by the glass; or there are classic cocktails such as Corpse Reviver No. 2, and the signature Encantador, created for the bar.
Top Tip:
There are 70 seats and no reservations, so turning up on a whim is OK, provided you don’t darken their door in trainers.
