Former Moro chef Jacob Kennedy has created a gem with his first restaurant: it’s our favourite place to go for stripped-down Italian cuisine. A long bar faces the open kitchen, ensuring constant theatre as you watch the chefs rustle up dishes from every region of Italy (dishes are described geographically on the menu). Despite the buzz (and a hint of glamour), Bocca feels like a humble trattoria at heart. Eat here once and you’ll be hooked.
