Pitt Cue Co may have found a home in Soho now, but their trailer on the Southbank still can’t be beat for BBQ with a view. The likes of pulled pork and beef brisket are served in cardboard boxes with beans and/or slaw, pickles and a chunk of sourdough. Oh and a few picklebacks are a must (a shot of bourbon chased by a shot of house pickle – trust us, they’re good). The best BBQ in town.
Top Tip:
Ask for the new Trailer Trash special – a mac ‘n’ cheese burger with pulled pork and pickles.
