Cannes in a Van
Cannes may be the glitziest film festival in the world, but isn't all about fancy dresses, champagne receptions and sleb spotting. It's also about celebrating great films.
With no British talent on the Cannes roster this year, some London lads have decided to set up the smallest mobile cinema in the seaside town to bring the cream of British independent movies the recognition they deserve. And you're all invited..
With nothing more than an old van and a projector, Andy Greenhouse and Simon Harris plan to take Cannes by storm, entertaining audiences with over 100 short films, while hopefully avoiding prosecution by les gendarmes.
Guerrilla cinema, at its best.
