Changes and cancellation by The Baoli Ltd.
We trust to deliver only premium products and services and plan all of our Baoli breaks and holidays long in advance. Therefore, we do not expect any major changes to occur at the time of your booking. We, however, reserve the right at all times to make minor changes to our program or staff and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any bookings.

In addition, upon giving reasonable notice, if the event has to be cancelled or rearranged due to unforeseeable circumstances, the winner will be offered a place in an alternative holiday programme organised by The Baoli or to redeem a gift voucher of the same value against any Baoli yoga lessons, breaks or holidays. However, it cannot be exchanged in full or part for cash and must be used in one single transaction.

Travel information, passport and visa
In order for you to make all the necessary arrangements in time before you leave for your break or holiday, we will send you details of your flights, as well as recommended  insurance providers and visa and medical requirements of the visiting country. Please, note that this service applies only to the UK residents; citizens of other states are kindly requested to contact the relevant consulates of their own country.

It is your own responsibility to ensure you have the right and valid travel documents prior to travel, such as passport, visa and health documents as we can not accept any responsibility if you are denied access into a country. Your passport should be valid for at least six months after you enter the foreign country. Your visa requirements should be checked with relevant consulate.

Approximately two weeks prior to your departure, we will send you a Baoli travel pack that will include information of your break or holiday, transfer details, itinerary, list of essential items to bring, useful tips and contact details.

Flights and transfers
We can not be held responsible for your tickets, delay or liability and you should check the terms and conditions of your flight provider which apply separately.
We arrange group airport transfers to/from our venues on recommended flights as part of your holiday. If you decide to take different flight or wish to arrive/depart earlier or later than the scheduled group airport transfer, please advice us when booking and we will do our best to arrange your individual transportation at additional costs.

Health and medical requirements
There might be essential health requirements for some of the countries you are travelling to and we recommend you check with your doctor or clinic as to what vaccinations you may need. It is also your responsibility to make sure that you are physically fit and have not been advised not to practice yoga or do other strenuous exercise by a qualified medical person.

Insurance and liability
We strongly recommend you arrange travel insurance to cover all eventualities before you depart for your break. It is your responsibility to inform us of your medical condition upon your arrival to our destination and you agree to participate in all activities voluntarily, so please be aware of all risks in practicing yoga or other physical activities. We can not be liable for any injury, accident, death or property loss. Please, note that we are not responsible for any activities you book outside our itinerary.

You agree that we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, claims and other liabilities which arise as a result of any delay, interruption or failure of transportation or events out of our control or any of our suppliers’ control, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, explosion, industrial dispute, sabotage, natural disaster (fire, lightning, flood etc), weather conditions or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.

Your obligations
You agree to treat our staff, participants and property with care and consideration and ensure that you will not cause damage to the property or its contents and offence, danger or distress our staff and other participants. You should report any damage, breakage or dispute to Baoli local representative immediately.

Governing law
This contract and its terms is governed and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

And seeing as we can't join the four million strong stampede that's caused Bush to claim a state of emergency in the capital (well played Sir, well played), we're planning our own little shindig.
