Personal Shopper

Young Guns

This week Personal Shopper has taken a shine to young fashion talent, from ex-St Martins students-done-good to wet-behind-the-ears-grads, and the people who have the power to make them big.

1

London College of Fashion at Carnaby

Fancy getting a close-up look at fashion’s future? LCF’s brand new gallery space will play host to a rolling program of exhibitions and events showcasing award winning student and graduate work until 31st September. Kicking off with highlights from this year’s MA Fashion Footwear and MA Fashion Artefact courses, we can’t wait for the MA menswear and womenswear designers to take to the stage. Look out for Manjit Deu (winner of Collection of the Year), Yun JuKo, Rohan Kale, and Hsiang Ju Kung.

Hannah Martin at Long Last

With experience at Cartier and Givenchy under her belt, Central Saint Martins grad Hannah Martin is launching an online boutique housing her entire collection of deeply dark and seductive men’s jewellery. Created using the most luxurious materials - gold, black pearls, rubies and sapphires – they make irresistible borrowing material for girlfriends. Priding itself on bespoke consultations, the online boutique will offer private Skype appointments with the jeweller herself. UJ loves the book shop, where you can buy whatever is inspiring Hannah at the moment. Log on and check out the new collection, Vincent, launching on 2nd April.

Prices from £95 for silver pieces, up to £5,995.
