It’s a clash of the taco titans. None other than Ray Garcia heads to Breddos this weekend as the next guest in their Tabasco TacOver series. As the Angeleno chef behind Broken Spanish and BS Tacqueira, Ray is renowned for his classic skills as much as his taco know-how and penchant for mezcal. For the Tabasco TacOver, Ray will be hosting a ticketed 5-course collaborative dinner on Saturday, followed by an all-day taco and mezcal party on Sunday. We’ve been warned – booking will be essential on Saturday, so if you’d prefer to play it by ear, come down anytime you like on Sunday for the all-day party instead.
